Research compounds
This covers peptides, bacteriostatic water, acetic acid and all other research materials.
Research compounds are temperature-sensitive and integrity-critical. Every order is closed with a printed tamper-evident parcel seal. Vial caps can be removed and replaced without visible trace, so the parcel seal is the only reliable proof that the contents have not been interfered with. Returned compounds are never resold; they are destroyed after inspection.
- Once the parcel seal is broken, research compounds cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. This is an exception to the 14-day cancellation right for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection reasons once unsealed (regulation 28(1)(e) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
- Changed your mind? Do not open the parcel. If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order, provided the parcel seal is intact. Email sales@uk-peptides.com with your order number and we will send you the returns address. Return the parcel unopened, by a tracked service at your cost, within 14 days of telling us. We inspect the seal on arrival; parcels with a broken, cut or re-taped seal are not refunded.
- Refunds for accepted cancellations cover the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, and are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the parcel back.
If the parcel seal is torn, cut or missing when your order arrives, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@uk-peptides.com, with an unedited video and photographs from several angles of the item and all of its packaging, and keep everything until your claim is closed. The item must be returned to us before we replace it or refund you; if you are a consumer and your claim is upheld, we also refund your reasonable return postage. Every claim is verified, including forensic checks of the photos and video you send. The full requirements, including what happens with false claims, are in section 6A of our Terms & Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Accessories and non-compound items
If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the item unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost, and we refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Before dispatch
You can cancel any order free of charge until it has been dispatched.

Every product page lists the specification and publishes a Safety Data Sheet and a reference Certificate of Analysis. Please review them before ordering; if anything is unclear, email us first.
